Learn to determine perfect exposure & lighting ratios that digital requires.

Explore creative light modifying techniques with umbrellas, soft-boxes, dish reflectors, and more.

Photoshop RAW Workflow and Beyond

Afternoon Session taught by Mark Fitzgerald

What’s all the excitement over RAW about?

Use Photoshop CS2 to quickly & efficiently organize and convert RAW files.

Take the pain out of color correcting RAW files.

Work on multiple files to speed-up productivity

Working with 16-bit files for maximum quality.

Basic portrait retouching in Photoshop.

Finishing touches that turn a portrait into a work of art.

Prerequisites:

This presentation is intended for portrait photographers who are ready to move into the studio. You will need to bring your own digital SLR. A laptop with Photoshop CS2 installed on it is highly recommended. If you don't have access to a laptop, talk to us about helping you with a rental.

Number of students:

Registration is limited to 8 photographers.

Length of workshop:

9am to 5pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
